We ordered to-go tonight and I was shocked at how amazing the whole experience went. They had our order ready and brought it out to us, no waiting. Not ONE mistake was made out of 5 orders. I think this one the best steak I've ever had, honestly. GREAT JOB GUYS!!! 💓

I don’t make a habit of posting bad reviews, and I’m not tring to be rude or disrespectful. We have been quarantined for over a month it’s our anniversary so we called in an order . It was an hour wait, no problem we spent that time together and was grateful we picked up our food , we ordered a dozen rolls we got 4 and they weren’t fresh .No silverware, so we set in the parking lot tring to eat and make the best of it , my husbands steak was so tough, no butter or condiments on my baked potatoes. And nothing to eat our corn with. This is the worst experience we ever had at Texas Roadhouse. Maybe the manager can use this to make the next experience for someone else better.

Pretty good steak, had about 20% that I could not eat because it was too tough and fatty. The service was outstanding, which was the best part of the meal. The Caesar salad was delicious and much better than the steak. Fries were cold, sorry Texas Roadhouse but that total meal was a disappointment. Just remember that the service was awesome.

very good food, great service, we ate at the bar and was treated like royalty. Love eating at Texas Roadhouse. Shreveport. Hot Springs. And now Monroe. Their all really awesome places to eat.

Delicious food! Great prices. Fast and friendly service. Nightly specials were very reasonably priced. All around a very enjoyable experience. My burger came out very quickly, and was delicious. Music was a tad loud, but other than that, it was a great place to have a date night!

We had a great experience. Our server (Andrew)was very attentive. The food was great and was cooked to perfection. One of the best steaks we have had in a while. We will definitely come again.

I sat and ate at the bar. The bartender was very busy but yet she had time to talk to everyone by thier first names and she was very pleasant and helpful. The food came out in the right order first my rolls than my appetizers and than my dinner all spaced out in just the right amount of time.The food was delicious. The management team at this location should pay themselves on the back a job well done.
